All our financial transactions are carried our by Secure-Trade using 128 bit encryption as such all transactions are covered by our security guarantee. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, most banks and card issuers will cover all the charges or may limit your liability to £50.00. If your bank or card issuer holds you liable, specslab.co.uk will cover your liability up to £50.00, provided that the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made via the Specslab.com site utilising our secure server.

Please note! Our guarantee only applies to credit or debit card purchases made using the Specslab.co.uk secure server. Our guarantee covers a maximum liability of £50.00. Our guarantee will only operate where you the customer have complied with your card issuers terms and conditions re notification of a lost or stolen card. In this event and in any instance of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

All customer information is held on our secure servers and will only be used to provide you the customer with the orders you have placed. Specslab.co.uk do not share customer information with any other third parties nor do we sell our customer lists. Following the delivery of your purchases you may request Specslab.co.uk to remove your details from its database. (excepting financial reporting records as required by law)
